Learning Objectives

Sudent’s will engage in the fields of chemical, civil, software, and environmental engineering through hands-on STEM challenges combining research, experimentation, and problem-solving challenges by learning to:

  • Create the fizziest bath bomb
  • Construct a model of a bridge that will allow them to transport large construction materials across a pond into our school
  • Learn coding, and;
  • Test a variety of hydrogels to determine which is the most effective at conserving water for local farmers.

Students will also use their coding skills to program micro:bits to obtain water conservation data.
